    I live in the area where Ming's Garden is located and have been here for a very long time.  I don't agree with what others are posting. This is not a new restaurant and they try to keep the maintenance and cleaning up to standards.

    The food at Ming's is good.  I have ordered many different kinds of dishes such as Chicken Fried Rice,  B.B.Q. Pork Fried Rice,  Shanghai Chow Mein,  Lemon Chicken, and a whole lot of other items.  They are delicious and appropriately proportioned.  

    This is a family run restaurant and is a good place to visit if you want fast Chinese that is not that expensive.  The people here are nice and welcoming.

    First time trying the restaurant.  We picked two dishes in the chef's special list.  Mango Beef had only 6 small pieces of beef slices on top.  The huge take out box was just full of veggie.  Most importantly, it was way over salted.  We gave up after having one piece of beef.  Lighted breaded spareribs were actually heavily breaded.  Most pieces only had breading and bone.  Breading tasted really bad as they did not use fresh oil.  The meat was too dry as well.  I'm the kind of person who would always take out the remaining food when going to restaurants.  But the dishes were just intolerable that we ended up tossing them into garbage and ate just fresh bell peppers from our fridge for dinner.

    Wow. I had a craving for hot n sour soup last night. I haven't been here in over 10 years but decided to check it out again. Ain't a damn thing change. The place was dirty, like filthy. Not a single customer in there and I see why. The entrance doors were dirty. The floor looked as if it hasn't been swept in weeks. I walked in and was ignored for a bit. I asked about their hot n sour soup but quickly decided I didn't want to risk eating from there. I left quickly and just based on the appearance of the place, I would never eat there or recommend.
